It’s no secret that you will need to work hard if you are going to see results, but by tailoring our workouts and programs to your body type and fitness goals we will provide you with the tools to succeed. 

How it Works...

  • You book and pay for your personal training sessions in single or multiple blocks
  • You choose the frequency of your sessions – for maximum benefit and consistency it’s recommended we train together at least once a week
  • We will review and assess your progress as we go along to make sure you are getting the most out of your training 

Workouts Tailored To You

Your training is built around you! Every element of your training is customised specifically to you and your fitness goals. 

  • Based around your current fitness level
  • Working around any injuries or exercises you can’t do
  • Exercises and workouts focused on your fitness goals
  • After out consultation, I take all the information and create workout sessions and a program specific to your goals and ability

Health Assessments

Included in every PT package is an initial health and fitness assessment to gauge your current fitness level and base measurements. 

  • Height, Weight and Body Measurements
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) calculations
  • Basal Metabolic Rate Results (BMR)
  • Resting and Maximum Heart Rate Tests
  • Blood Pressure Measurements
  • Body Fat Percentage

You can have as many or as few of these measurements as you want. The assessments and tests are a great way of comparing yourself to current fitness guidelines and to track your progress over time.
